How do guests order without lining up at the window?
They scan the QR code on the truck, build the order on their own phone and pay online — no line to order or pay. When it's ready they get an alert and just pick it up.
How does the truck tell them the order is ready?
Every order carries the customer's name. When the kitchen marks it ready on the display, the guest gets a ping on their phone and you can call their name at the window.
Do I need a card machine at the truck?
No — guests pay online on their own phone, so you don't need a terminal for each order. All you need is the QR code and a connection.
Is there a per-order commission?
